  2. The match hosted by the Columbus Crew on Wednesday 8/22 was rescheduled because of the death of teammate Kirk Urso.

It was originally scheduled to be played on a Saturday (8/5) and most likely would have drawn a much larger walk-up crowd than on a Wednesday.

The 10,049 drawn for this match will therefore skew the overall numbers for a team that has drawn much better in 2012 than in previous years.

    1. You are correct. Looking at the % change over 2011 attendance, Columbus has improved its attendance numbers by 19.3%, second only to San Jose (19.42%).
